Beautiful, like my new layout.

These new layouts are all the layouts from Vox.com. I get it for free over there, but I also get it because my (mostly) abandoned LiveJournal account is a paid account.

I'm outta here

Even though some wretched bitchwhore grabbed nox.vox.com and is squatting there without actually writing anything, I've sucked it up (with the help of some obscenities and a voodoo doll) and moved to Vox anyway.

I might hop around to a few different subdomains before I feel at home, so the easiest way to always see me is to subscribe to the Feedburner feed, since I'll ensure it always points to the place where I'm actively posting.

I have 3 Vox invites left. If you're honestly interested in using the service, let me know and I'll send you one. But if you're just going to squat like my new nemesis, don't do it since you'll just fuck up someone else's shit by stealing their name even though it has nothing to do with your hatchet face and meaningless life.

Nope. Not bitter at all.

Grrrrrr! DANG!

Some girl registered nox.vox.com, based on some gaming character she has named Miss Nox. She doesn't even use the account.  :(

MY NAME IS NOX YOU COCKSUCKING WHORESONS!

I should get it. ME! I, the glorious Nox!

Okay, I'm sort of over it. I need to think of a subdomain I like for Vox.com, since I will be consolidating my journal (currently at LJ) and my moblog (currently at TextAmerica) into the Vox site. So I'll only exist (for the most part) at Noxography.com and whatever-I-choose.vox.com.

Think, my lovelies!

Glory hallelujah!

I found a cache of old RAW files that were on my old desktop and somehow made it in the data transfer to the new one. The dozen or so exceptional photos I thought I'd lost amid all the rest, they are all here.

Expect to see them prance through my photoblog in the near future.

I just might be outta here

Finally wrangled an invite to Vox.com, another SixApart blog service (remember, they bought LiveJournal a while back). It's prettier, newer and more exclusive, so naturally I'm 99% likely to jump ship over there.

Feedburner RSS feed will continue to link to my entries, so if you're subscribed using that, you have no worries.

I... am an idiot

I believe I deleted a year's worth of photography when I put Linux on my laptop. I thought I had backup CDs of it, but they don't seem to have made it into the boxes when I packed to move a few months ago.

To say I'm disappointed would be a grand understatement.

For those of you who may have wondered what Mr. Nox is like, he's re-jigged his web presence and he can now be found a few places:

WordPress powered photoblog at Noxography.com, using various plugins to source the pics from my Flickr account, is finally up.

Now... who wants to customize my layout?

A day in the badlands yielded photos of hoodoos, abandoned buildings in a ghost town, an abandoned coal mine, and an abandoned school in downtown Drumheller.

I is sleepy, so most photos will be processed tomorrow. But I am partial to this one so it got done early.

I just wish the wall in the lamp house had been about 5 feet further back so I could have taken some shots of me looking like I was wired into this wall. (Click for a chance to see a larger version.)
